This policy explains how the Artista platform (demo) handles your data. Because this is a demo, no real payments are processed, no real SMS is sent, and no real IP-registration activity or contact takes place.

Data we collect

Name and phone number (and an optional email) to create your account.
Your Saudi National Address (short code + full address) for shipping.
For artists: National ID/Iqama, IBAN, CV and portfolio PDFs — stored securely.
Your in-platform orders and messages, and packing-documentation photos.

Consent

When you register or apply as an artist we ask for explicit consent to process your data under this policy and the terms of use. You may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time.

Data protection

Passwords are hashed, sessions are secured, forms are CSRF-protected, and repeated login attempts are rate-limited. At real launch the platform will comply with Saudi Arabia's PDPL and host inside the Kingdom.

Message screening

To protect both parties, buyer–artist messages pass through an automatic filter that masks off-platform contact details; masking events are logged. Messages are not used for any other purpose.

Your rights

You may access, correct and delete your data and withdraw consent. (In this demo such requests are handled manually.)
